Ingredients
1/2 cup cooked rice, warmed
1/4 cup shredded Cheddar or Colby cheese
1/2 cup black beans, warmed
1/2 cup seasoned taco meat, warmed
Optional Toppings:
Sliced avocado, black olives, broccoli florets, halved cherry tomatoes, minced fresh cilantro, lime wedges, salsa, sour cream, and tortilla chips
Instructions
1 Spread rice to cover the bottom of a serving bowl.
2 Sprinkle with shredded Cheddar or Colby.
3 Arrange black beans, meat, and toppings as desired to create a face design.
