Ingredients
1 block Pumpkin Spice Cheddar (or any other orange cheddar)
1 box Triscuit Thin Crisps (or other triangular crackers)
1 box Chicken in a Biskit crackers
1 package Chex Mix (using only the wavy stick crackers)
1 package whipped cream cheese
Instructions
1 Slice the Pumpkin Spice Cheddar into thick, triangular wedges slightly smaller than the Triscuit Thin Crisps2 Place the whipped cream cheese into a piping bag and pipe a small amount of cream cheese onto the Triscuit Thin Crisps, Chicken in a Biskit crackers, and wavy stick crackers from the Chex Mix (this will act as the glue for the pie)
3 Place a triangular block of cheese on top of a Triscuit Thin Crisp, then place the Chicken in a Biskit cracker on the back of the “pie wedge”, then add the wavy cracker as the edge of the crust on the “pie wedge”
4 Pipe a small dollop of whipped cream cheese on to the top of the “pie wedge”
5 Repeat for as many “pie wedges” as you would like and enjoy!
